RETURN & EXCHANGES


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We hope you love your Bowie blazer as much as we do. If you would like to return an item for any reason, please know the following:

You can Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. To return an item, please send us an email with your reason for return. Once we receive it, we will approve or disapprove this request. Once you receive confirmation of the return via email, we will send the return address and you can return the blazer at your own expense.

Returned goods must be unused, in the original packaging and fully intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To return an item, please send us an email with the reason for your return. Once we receive it, we will approve or disapprove this request. Once you receive the confirmation of the return via email, we will send the return address and you can return the blazer at your own expense.

We do not offer free return shipping, the cost of return shipping is at your own expense. We will send you our return address along with the return confirmation by email. After this you can return the blazer on your own initiative within 14 working days using your preferred delivery method.

Please keep your tracking number for the return shipment. We also recommend that you obtain a proof of shipment for your own administration.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
No, you cannot exchange your item for a different size or product. If you wish to exchange your received blazer for another product, you must first return your current blazer and then re-purchase the desired blazer.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE?
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. We process returns within 2-3 days of receiving the item(s) and refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
